I have 4 years of industry experience in the IT sector in Marketing, Proposal writing, Requirement analysis, and Technical documentation. I have to now start a Recruitment firm of my own, and I want to know the various processes and complications involved in it.

I wanted to know if there is a portal sharing option available from where I can get information about it. Since it is a newly starting firm, it is difficult for me to have direct portal access. Kindly guide me on this.
