I have a small query which has not been answered yet...
I want to start a computer training institute and would someone be kind enough to share his/her knowledge on how to do it or what are the legal formalities involved...
Do I need to register it as private ltd company or do i need to register it as Society registration....I am confused and any help in this matter will be highly appreciated...
