Yes, Dada, quite right.
This is the third time in the last 10 days that we have seen the same PPT with different titles and different posters. What a waste of time and energy! I am sick of such plagiarists. Quite shameful.
Miss Sneha Jasujja, could you tell us from where you got this PPT? Or perhaps you made it yourself (like your other friends)? Kyun Dada! :icon10:

I think the best thing is, the moment you see a good PowerPoint presentation and find that the poster has not acknowledged the source, it's best to ask, "Kahan se maara?"
It's really painful to see people merrily stealing from others and displaying their theft to the whole world.

Excellent presentation. Thank you a ton for sharing this. This is a real-life scenario everywhere, especially during a recession, where only managers are safe (I don't deny the fact that they are required). But organizations need to realize that the manager doesn't complete his/her set of objectives without his team striving for it! And most importantly, for being a lion, you need to have ants around you! :)

Hi Raj Kumar,
I think 2-3 persons have replied that this PPT is posted by some other persons also. But I haven't seen it or might have missed to look at it. So, I thought to share it with all members. It might not have been noticed earlier by some members due to different titles.
If you think it's a waste of time, I still thank you for taking the effort to reply to the thread.
Dear Raj, my HR contacts are extensive, and I keep receiving good HR material from them, which I post on the site when I have time. I believe very few persons who are posting materials are preparing them themselves. We never claim that the material is created by us, but we are here to share good things with other CiteHR Members.
Sometimes if any member misses any posting, they can benefit from a repost. So, don't mind repeat postings.

Dear Raj,
You have a bad taste and are not at all appreciative. You have no right to be mean and sarcastic. This is an open forum, and everyone can post whatever they want.
It's a really good email, Sneha. Keep it up. Keep sending emails even if they are repeated 1000 times. As far as I am concerned, I am reading this email for the first time, and there is a lesson to be learned that people like Raj Kumar Hansdah do not understand.

Hi Amit,
It's a very motivating thought that you just mentioned about why the ant reduced its productivity. You are right in saying that there is something to learn from every situation. But I disagree to some extent on this; why should we always blame the subordinate, the team, or in this case, the ant? I guess all people are humans, and when humiliated (be it work or anything that worries you at work), you cannot continue with the same momentum. However, we need to strive to do our best in every situation because ultimately it's our career at stake; the lion might find another ant in your place! :)
It's said that people don't quit because an organization is bad, they quit because the boss is bad! (Bad doesn't mean someone who gives you loads of work; it's someone who you can't look up to!)

Amazing! I like this one very much. Unfortunately, I'm now doing a consulting job for a government office and found the same case - overstaffed. I hope that my recommendation in the near future will not lead the productive personnel to a decision like this. Sneha, I owe you a great thanks :)
