You can withdraw your PF amount if:
1) After 2 months from the date of filling of the withdrawal form.
2) Your employer will give you the requisite PF withdrawal form. Just fill it, sign it, and give it back to the employer.
3) After two months, the PF office will send your payment to your bank account or send it by money order (depending on the information provided in the PF form).
If any other information is required, please let me know.

For EPF Withdrawal:
You go to the PF office after two months of completion.
Get Form No. 19 & 10C (for less than 10 years of service).
Go to your past employer to get a 3A report of your last year's contributions.
Fill the form accurately; mention your nationalized bank account number. It should not be a salary account because if the salary is not credited every month, it will automatically close after two months, or a combined account because someone else might also withdraw your PF money.
If you have any queries, collect the Form 19 & 10C, and at the back, you will find all the information you need.

Please try to put the challan in legal format so that it can be used for submission purposes as well. This is just a calculating sheet, but if supported with the full format of a P.F. Challan, it will be of great use and help. Nice effort. Thanks, Niraj.
