This time again i need help and no other better option other then putting post.
I want a format of service agreement or to be precise on terms and conditions( payment structure) companies use while working with recruitment agencies for international placements.

Dear Richa,
As far as i know it will be difficult to post a service agreement.
You should take help from your legal department to draft an agreement which suits your requirements.
Eg. Duration of the service
Charges
Indiminity clause
Replacement clause
payment clause
Scope of service etc.
