Hi, this is Pavan Kotha from the UK. I am pursuing my master's in Project Management and working on my thesis on HR metrics. I am unable to progress with my project as I am unsure of the extent to which I need to focus my research. I need to research how HR metrics are implemented in project-based organizations. Sir, actually my proposed title is "HR Metrics: Tool to Maximize and Measure the Dynamics of Project-Based Organizations." A project-based organization refers to the variety of organizational forms that involve the creation of temporary systems for performing purely project activities or tasks. That is, I need to relate/measure HR metrics in the context of a project but not organization/company. I would like to perform research on what HR metrics HR professionals apply/implement in delivering a successful project to the client. I am a bit concerned about the literature review and fieldwork. I am from Northumbria University, Newcastle. Please suggest me.
