Please tell me Leo and Siva, why should anyone send you these projects?

My suggestion to Leo is to search CiteHr where a number of project reports have already been posted. Are you going to use these as models?

Siva, you are also expecting people to send you projects when a search of CiteHr will give you plenty of ideas as to how to go about a study on TNA. The TNA analysis study will depend upon the nature of the organization as well as the nature and level of work.

Please see my posts as well as those of Ash Mathew, Prodcon, etc. at CiteHr on projects, research methods, etc. Also, see our replies to students on their questionnaires.

Dear Amit,

Please refrain from requesting finished projects, theses, or questionnaires on this forum without providing sufficient information.

Instead of seeking a completed project, I recommend searching on CiteHR where some projects are attached. Conduct a literature survey, establish your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization), develop a conceptual framework, and determine the hypotheses you wish to test.

If you have not completed the essential preparation for conducting a project, I advise you to do so before posing a specific question.

Kindly refer to my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html and Author Workshops at http://citehr.com (link updated to site home) (Search On Cite | Search On Google) and my post at https://www.citehr.com/72982-need-ur...roject-hr.html.

I am unsure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, please visit questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search. You can also refer to http://citehr.com for an MBA project example and https://www.citehr.com/47159-project...appraisal.html for a synopsis.

There is valuable information on Research Methodology in a post by Prodcons and insights from naveeis4u on employee satisfaction levels at https://www.citehr.com/179861-employ...ion-level.html. Additionally, view the message shared by ahujamamamia on CiteHR at https://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html.

I recommend reading the post by Sayansayu at questionnaire or welfare measures - reg.

Have a nice day.

Hi,

Do some hard work, dear. Don't ask for the finished product. Nobody is going to send it to you. First, decide on a topic and then start collecting data on that topic. Create a questionnaire for the same, analyze it, and then make a data analysis sheet or data interpretation sheet. You will enjoy working on your project because it will reflect your hard work and knowledge. You will be able to answer all questions asked about that project.

Thank you. I hope you understand the importance of the project in your studies.
