Our requirement is to have our own branded HR/Payroll system with all the local requirements of Saudi Arabia. Arabic language (bilingual) is a must. Additionally, if the system can include basic inventory and back-office accounting functionalities (GL, AP, AR), it would be beneficial.

We are looking for a company, a group of individuals, or an individual to develop this system. Alternatively, if you already have a system available, we are interested in purchasing the source code to re-brand it.

We prefer the system to be developed using industry-standard technologies such as .NET and MSSQL or Oracle RDBMS. If you have an existing system and are seeking job opportunities, we can also offer a position in our company to work on further developing the system.
