Hi all,

I have been given an assignment to prepare a questionnaire to analyze employee behavior. I have designed one but am not confident if it's covering the entire spectrum of things (it's a recruiting consultancy). I need experienced heads to guide me on what changes or modifications need to be made to make it effective.

Don't you think everyone will mark 5? If this is for existing employees, they may try to mark everything good, and you may not find any negative answers. It's better to keep validity links in the middle. Linked questions can help you. Tell me the nature of the test and the level of people whom you want to test. Hi,

The concern that you have is invalid, as the TL's would be rating their team members. The first 3 pages will be filled out by the respective TL's, and the others by the team members. Each team has 3 members. There are 4 teams in total.
