dear sunita
the calculation is same irrespective number of years of service.
CALCULATION
no of years of service*15*(BASIC+DA)/26
it means basic+da to be divided by 26 than multiplied bynumber of years of service
than multiply with 15.

HI Ramesh here I want to need draft of written warning of employee.(misues of office property) please replay Ramesh HR 9945572100:icon10:
Sunita G,
Mr. J.S. Malik is right but please i clear one point in here, you can't pay maximum amount of gratuity of Rs. 3,50,000/-
Supose as per calculation (Basic/26X15Xno of service = Rs. 3,55,000/-)
As per law you can pay only Rs. 3,50,000/- to employee, you shall not entitled to pay other amount to retired employee.
