As an executive also pursuing an HR course, I find these PPTs very useful. One suggestion is that if you can add any live example or any practical case study, such as how an OD intervention helped an organization to develop or succeed, it would enhance understanding of the whole concept. Could you provide such an example? Thank you.

I would like to add one suggestion. It would be nice if you could provide the fundamentals regarding change management in an organization. Change is an essential part of any organization's long-term sustainability in a competitive scenario. We also know that Organizational Development (OD) only occurs when unforeseen changes happen in the external environment. Other members can contribute further if I am lacking somewhere.
