Nice posting Keep it up. I think collective bargaining is not specific to the labour union and the employer. Is it — — — — — or Not ?

    Hello,

I was just going through all the comments, and I must thank you all for such a heartening response.

@ Nadeem, collective bargaining, as a term, as per my knowledge, was coined for the union and employer negotiations. My knowledge is obviously limited, and I would be glad if you could share more of your thoughts.

Some sort of ancient pendant, silver with an inscription on the back in gold... as I put it around my neck and fastened the clasp. A tear... my eyes and sigh. She slides me over an envelope...
