Thank uoy Deepthi and Bhardwaj.But i still have one question unanswered i.e the recent trends to improve employee motivation. most companies have team outings and on site opportunities etc. I was asked in one of the interviews and the interviewer was not very convinced with the answers i'd given.Kindly help.
