Is there any possibility to accept this fake in the consulate by submitting an application, etc. (They should not blacklist me if I accept). I did not want to use a fake initially, but somehow I did. I just want to resolve this consulate issue even if I decide to continue in my current job. Thanks.

I think consulate people will not ask you regarding your experience that you showed the first time and this time that you will show. Anyway, if they ask, you can tell them that it was non-relevant experience, so now I am not using that.
Second option is that you can go ahead with your one-year fake experience. If the first time your first company was not caught, then how can the next company catch you.
