Let us know, that Distance Education holds equal value to Regular Education. Many companies today prefer full-time courses for a Master's Degree. How can one choose the correct path for pursuing distance education, especially in the HR field?

If you are an MBA graduate, then you should go for distance learning; it will count. If you want to pursue an MBA through distance education, it may not be useful in your career. If you are in a higher position where it is difficult to pursue education, then your first preference should be distance learning over regular programs. The answer may vary depending on the context.

Virtual education is better if you have sufficient knowledge about the subject and you only need the degree, or if you just need the degree regardless of knowledge. If you aim to enhance your subject knowledge, traditional studying is a must. However, as the saying goes, "so many people, so many opinions."
